It's really incredible. So much is happening, so fast. I'm really thrilled how much clarity and power is coming together so quickly.

What do you expect, we've sorta been waiting for you to get it all together.

I know, and it's all coming together faster and faster. I never realized how much easier it would be for us as things got more stable.

What about all the 4's and foundation?

I know, as I see the time now 4:44pm... oh on 11/11/2009 or 11/11/11.. darn I should snap that picture... And everything we've been doing has been making things stronger and safer and more secure. Each day we get closer and happier. The insurance Adjuster gave us enough for the new roof, and then the mortgage company required we fix everything on the insurance report, so now we are getting new floors and new walls and paint and tile, and everything looks really great!

What happened to the loft?

It fell!!!! One guy got a mean cut on his head, and we decided the loft had to go. So teh Art Room is all new. NO carpet, no Loft... it's still the same colors, but even that has changed and is all new.... Wow it's really great though! Out with the OLD and in with the NEW!!!

What now?

I've started a new term. This is the first term that I really feel like a PhD Student. I guess because I finally finished my Masters. The two degrees should be in hand in another few weeks. MBA and Master in Management - - - Or more like:

Then I also got the Certificate in Entrepreneurship with my MBA. . . wee fun. Course all the university is focused on these things that I've essentially done all my life. And they are just starting, while I've been doing it all alone for years.

Your welcome. You both have certainly worked up to this, and you can really do it all, where nothing will stop you or slow you down. Course anyone can do like you, but someone has to be first!

I know, I know. So anyway, my first day of class today. And I rode my bike in to school again. 3.95 miles. The last 1.1 miles down 30th was the worst. I'm glad I had my little horn in hand as I used it a few times there. All the rest of the trip was really a moving mediation since I could feel and see the environment around me. I kept feeling the place, people, trees and insects as I went by. Each would give me more and more to feel and respond to.

What it opens for you will astound you as each day you get stronger and more of the path gets into tune with you. Like the old man with the dog, had not looked up at anything for years. . .

I will try to get into a good routine, it helps me and keeps me focused. We are both excited about that too and will continue so.

As my Air France flight descended into Hartsfield Airport in Atlanta, Georgia it was wonderful for me to see the dark hued greens of the American South I had enjoyed so many years ago while studying in the United States…my joy was to be short lived.

Upon disembarking from the plane my fellow passengers and I were put into a virtual cattle line of queues by black uniformed, machine gun touting officers of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement bureau. The acronym for this US police agency is ICE, and which is well suited in describing their intimidating manner of treating the guests of the United States and their morality in dealing with women and children.

“Step out of line again and you WILL be arrested!” came the sharp retort of an ICE officer towards a young English mother attempting to keep her young child from running out of the queue, a statement that shocked all who heard, but none dared protest against. For as Europeans we have long learned the lessons of police brutality from travels in the former communist nations of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union.

But, in America? In today’s world? …and against Europeans who have overcome centuries of warfare and bloodshed so that our continent can now be traveled in relative peace? Sadly yes, but in retrospect to be expected under the present circumstances of an America more resembling those Eastern European nations of old instead of the land of ‘freedom and liberty’ it once aspired to.

Upon the presentation of my passport to the ICE agents, and their comparing the information on it against whatever their computer monitor was saying, I was abruptly whisked out of the queue and brought by two ICE agents to a small room with two chairs, one small desk and no windows.

The efficiency of the ICE agents was matched only by their seemingly total lack of empathy and understanding for any ‘foreigner’ daring to come into their fearful presence, of which by the computer information they had received about me made such a person.

It was quickly told to me by the ICE agent in charge that my admittance to the United States was being denied because I had violated the provisions of the United States Visa Waiver Program ( a programme where citizens of many countries, including Ireland, are allowed visa free travel to the US for up to 90 days) as members of the foreign press were required to apply for a visa prior to entry into the US, and of which they considered me to be.

[It is interesting to note that after traveling to, and through, the United States for over 20 years no such requirement was ever placed upon me.]

I have long learned in my life that protests against state police authorities, from any totalitarian government, is futile at its best, downright dangerous at its worst, so my only questions were related to the procedures involved in repatriating myself to Ireland.

My first request to be able to talk by phone to an Irish counselor official were denied as I was not being ‘detained’, I was merely being denied entrance into the United States and therefore had no rights. (As I was clearly on American soil this answer seemed patently absurd, but when confronted by ICE agents with weapons the wisest course of action is inaction.

I was fortunate enough to be able to obtain a return flight to Heathrow via Lufthansa, and who accepted my Air France return ticket. The unfortunate part was the six hours it took to finally leave America and having to be ‘escorted’ by two armed ICE agents, the female one even having to accompany me into the loo.

It is one thing learning about the United States, and Americans, from afar, in seeing how far they have descended into a virtual police state is almost beyond description, other than the obvious comparisons with other brutish states around the world, both past, and present.

Most frightening about all of this to me, however, has nothing to do with myself, but rather what this is doing to the American people behind the black-uniformed ranks currently surrounding Americas borders. When a person, such as myself, is deemed such a ‘threat’ to the United States that the mere presence of my being in that country calls for my immediate expulsion, one must truly wonder how grave the situation is for those people imprisoned in the gulag called America.

As I look out the window to my left at the great expanse of the Arctic wastelands, with their ever white peaks grandly reaching towards the stark blue sky, I am at peace with this adventure, though saddened by it too.

For in a world ruled by madmen, when one of the greatest nations ever known has been reduced to a police state, one truly understands the great perils facing our world today.

All the Chayiot Ha-Kodesh (Living Creatures) actually are born at the Bina level, and thus man also. As men, we can grasp something of Chokma, but it is not exactly in our domain. And Kether is definitely beyond our possibilities. When we reach the vision of G-d face to face with Devekut at te Chokma level, we are like in a dreamy condition. Abulafia describes it as your thought becomes hyper-active, and 10 scribes would not be enough to write down all the influx that flows on you. In Shaarei Tzedek, the pupil describes it as a pot of hot oil thrown upon your head, and flowing down through your whole body. And then, the letters and the divine speech enters in you at an unbelievable rate, and you see and actually grasp things things that you could never even dare to think. The issue is that you are in a sort of hyper-lucid dreamy state. If you just stay there, when you come back you forget all in one second, because your mind cannot hold all that. So, the natural outcome is simply quickly forgetting. But, if we actually shift back to normal lucidity (Bina), when we grasp something in Chokma, we can pull that something before it becomes too overwhelming. We can write it down before we forget it. Then, we can go back in Chokma and pull another bit in Bina. That's oscillating consciousness. When I practise those states, I use to write things down. When I read them afterwards... I am really impressed. I cannot figure out how I did that... but more specifically I wonder about the nature of those revelations. And a fact that makes me wonder even more... is that I don't remember that I heard those things... even if it has some sort of familiar "smell". Each lifetime is a journey of reconnection that begins with the belief that you have been abandoned by the Source, left to struggle on your own, powerless and with only a vague memory of home. Your experience of being disconnected is a partnership with the Source, an experience that you undertook to fully separate from and then remember your divinity. You look to Creator to give you the acknowledgement and affirmation that you have completed your journey but the real Source you are looking for is within you. This is a journey in reconnecting to your own inner Source, your Self. It is from this connection that your search for Source begins and ends.

It is part of your human experience to feel abandoned. You begin your life with a separation from the safety of the womb and arrive in the world alone and dependent. From this moment every experience either affirms your state of abandonment or your connection. As Lightworkers you have chosen to live the experience of separation to a great extreme so you could complete the journey of reconnection and change this paradigm for all of humanity. It was your intention to rekindle the inner flame of Truth as the final step of remembering that you are the Source and it is you.

You call out to God when you feel powerless and alone, hoping for confirmation of your light and power. Your hope is that through this connection you will affirm the presence of your inner light and connection to Source, from which you can remember the joy of being One. But when you feel powerless you affirm your humanity and are out of touch with the divine spark of Source within you. Your mission here is to find and light your inner flame of knowing by transcending the illusion of separation and connect to Source from your own inner Self, the Source that is within you. This completes the cycle of separation and reminds you that you are the Light of God.

As you light your inner flame the energy of humanity is shifted into a higher level of vibration, where a powerful connection with Source becomes possible. The separation between the material and spiritual worlds represents the illusion of darkness. You are here to re-member, to join with Source by lighting the illusion. Everything you need is within you and your connection to Source provides you with additional resources of strength and truth but is not the source of them, for that is within you. You do not have to ask for confirmation of your connection and your divinity, command your light and affirm your connection so that you lift the burden of separation from your shoulders. Remember that the mind sees the illusions and fear, the Self remembers the connection and love. When you are afraid, feel alone and abandoned, find the light within, which is always there and reconnect from this flame of love and truth, remembering that this is your mission, your truth and your path and it begins from the Light within you.

Every journey I have been on has been moving towards this time of mankind coming together in harmony and love. The driving force as to why we are here, to fulfill our destiny.

This year the exact alignment spoken of nearly 40 years ago will occur with the end of a Piscean influenced society, reflected through the American government of the past, and the old financial institutions. The old regime has been driven from power by the unification of a single, collective, awakened voice. The new Aquarian era has begun in the United States of America and is being extended through a hand of partnership to the world to join in unison.

The alignment of Mars and Jupiter, with the Moon in the 7th house occurs as Jupiter, Mars, Neptune, and Chiron the Wounded Healer, the Sun and the North Node all align in Aquarius. To make this even more significant it occurs on February 14, 2009, Valentines Day, at 7:25am (GMT). For those of us on the Pacific Coast, that is 11:20pm the night before (February 13th). On the East Coast 2:20am on the 14th and those in Switzerland and Germany 8:20am on the 14th.

The Seventh House is commonly referred to as the House of Partnership. Within this House, we see a shift away from the self toward another - a partner.

In cooperating and relating to others we unite for the purpose of achieving something grand. Purpose is important to the Seventh House the act of accomplishing something great. In uniting with others, we become a more valuable member of our world: we make a contribution, one small cog in the wheel of life. We have purpose. Cooperation and partnership help to expedite our purpose in life.

We are on the cusp, leaving the Age of Pisces and moving forward into the Age of Aquarius fully. The alignment of Jupiter with Mars has occurred twice already once in 1973 and again in 1998. Reflect on what was occurring in your life at this time as it has a significant message for your journey forward. open your heart and visualize the emerald green and magenta ray of light coming together to restore balance. The Age of Aquarius is symbolic of a great spiritual transformation, a new sense of democracy, freedom and humanitarianism. The end of religious separation and the return of the first religion, earth religion and a deep spiritual connection to one another. This transitional period between two ages is considered to be a process that occurs over many years, not on an exact day or year.

The alignment will last for approximately 18 minutes so make a commitment to join with people from all over the world at this time and pray that our leaders of all nations are guided by love and peace and we as citizens of the world come together to support the changes of this new era. Be the change you dream about. Join together with the world this night and pray for unification and healing. It starts with us.

The Dawning of the Age of Aquarius: A Rare Astrological Concentration The most profound spiritual traditions of ancient times perceived the manifest world, at all scales of existence as being generated and pervaded by a cosmic trinity of active, passive and neutral principles the divine essence of the masculine, feminine and child. The Vedic sages of ancient India saw the male/active life-force energy they called the pingala and the female/passive energy they called the ida weaving around and through our chakras and the child/neutral energy they called the shushumna as channeling up through them.

When these divine masculine and feminine energies are balanced and so able to fully `birth' the divine child energies within us, the ancient sages saw the so-called kundalini energy that otherwise lies dormant at the base of the spine, surge through us enabling us to fully embody our divine nature.

The purpose of the sacred marriage between the divine feminine and masculine that the ancient peoples, such as those of Malta, enacted in their temples was thus not only to bring cosmic harmony and fertility to their land but within themselves. For such balance enables the energetic activation or `birth' of the divine child within us and the attainment of enlightenment.

When this cosmic trinity of consciousness is harmonized and fully expressed within us, we are truly `healed' and `whole' as embodied by the universal symbol of the caduceus as a representation of healing from earliest times.

For millennia, only the highest adepts understood and have attained such wholeness. But elders and mystics around the world are saying that now is the time, when we have evolved to a point where we are all able to awaken our inner divinity.

This is our spiritual destiny at the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

In mid February, we are offered cosmic support to this re-membering of who we really are, by a rare astrological concentration that brings together a number of planets together with the North Node denoting higher purpose - in Aquarius. And which energizes and inspires the possibility for transcendental breakthrough and healing.

We measure our global sense of both space (longitude) and time (universal time - UT or GMT) from the prime meridian located at Greenwich, England. We can perceive the collective influence of this momentous astrological event by looking at the alignment from this globally `centered' perspective. When we do, something extraordinary and exquisite emerges.

At dawn on 14th February the day dedicated to St Valentine, the patron saint of Love, the Moon in Libra enters the seventh house of relationships. And Jupiter and Mars are aligned in Aquarius in the twelfth house of spiritual transformation.

Forty years ago, the intuitive words of a song called Aquarius, brought the dawning of the new age into our collective awareness:

When the Moon is in the seventh house
And Jupiter aligns with Mars.
Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the stars.

At dawn on 14th February the Cosmos actually embodies this perfect alignment to support our collective manifestation of love and peace and the dawning of the Age of Aquarius.

The Aquarian chart of 14th February reveals an incredible concentration of cosmic influences blending with the energies of Aquarius in the twelfth house. Expansive Jupiter and energetic Mars are aligned with the higher purpose of the North Node. The presence of Chiron the wounded healer offers us the opportunity to heal the schisms that have separated us for so long. Neptune emphasizes collective humanitarian movements and the co-creation of social justice. And the presence of the radiant Sun enlightens the entire alignment.

Mercury also in the twelfth house but just beyond the cusp in Capricorn, allies with transformational Pluto to communicate and anchor the Shift throughout our global structures and institutions.

The Moon in Libra in the seventh house emphasizes harmonious real Rationships.

Venus in Aries in the first house energizes and empowers dynamic co-creativity.

And whilst Saturn the great task master in opposition to Uranus the unexpected awakener is suggesting an ongoing confrontation as the dregs of the unsustainable old paradigm reluctantly give way to the untested hope of the new, their placements in Virgo and Pisces brings practical altruism and visionary inspiration to the transition.

At 7.25am on 14th February â€" and for the 18 minutes of the alignment, I invite you, in the universal heart, to add your own intention for love and peace and to co-create the dawning of the Age of Aquarius to that of the Cosmos. In whatever way feels appropriate for you, you may choose to align with7.25am (UT) or 7.25am your own local time energizing a wave of intention that will surge around the Earth.

Having searched for over a thousand years, I can find no other alignments in the past of this incredible significance. But amazingly, at one moment in time nearly fifty years ago, the collective voices of our ancient ancestors seem to have been given such a cosmic voice to energetically seed this coming Age and the birth of the Aquarian human.

In 1962 at the same time on the same day, as 2009, Jupiter and Mars were in Aquarius in the twelfth house and the Moon in the seventh house. But then the awesome concentration of planets that energize the 2009 alignment was missing.

And instead of the North Node (higher purpose) being aligned with Jupiter and Mars as it is in 2009, it was in opposition.

What this means is that back in 1962 it was the so-called south node rather than the north node that was aligned with Jupiter and Mars.

The south node represents what we bring in from the past. So in 1962 the potential for us the birth the Age of Aquarius came through from our collective race memory - but only now are we able to fully manifest its higher purpose. In 1962 we essentially took a collective in-breath of possibility and now with the cosmic support of the Aquarian alignment of 14th February 2009 we are able to take the out-breath and make it happen.

When we wake up, get in touch

So many of us are moving through life unconscious… sleeping. When a woman in one of my self-awareness workshops was asked to answer the question “Who Am I?” for herself, she became very frustrated and agitated before grumbling, “I don’t know!” My response was, “doesn’t that bother you?” She looked at me rather puzzled before I saw a spark of recognition in her eyes. She was coming to the realization that she didn’t know who she was and, at 73 years old, perhaps it was about time to find out.

When we wake up, get in touch with who we are, and start seeing everything for what feels like the first time, that is what is meant by the terms “awakening” and “enlightenment”. It is as if a light has suddenly been turned on and we can see clearly for the first time.

The process is actually very simple, yet it takes extreme courage. Journal writing and meditation are the keys to help us get there. It starts with a decision to go within and become brutally honest with ourselves about everything. Using your journal answer the question, “Who Am I?” Admit all that you accept as good about you, your strengths, accomplishments and positive habits. Then be willing to accept those “negative” traits and habits that you may have denied for so long. These are the things we so vehemently defend when confronted with this information by others. To really appreciate the benefits of this exercise, you must be willing to be completely honest with yourself about all of it, and be willing to own it. It is very difficult to come to a place of complete honesty with self, but when you have the courage to go to that place, you are on your way to finding an inner strength that can only come from a strong, solid inner core which is your authentic self.

Once we have reached a place of complete honesty and truth with ourselves, and if the decision is made to continue this journey of self-discovery, the next step is to begin to recognize and heal the emotional wounds that subconsciously control all of our thoughts, emotions, decisions and behaviors.

Recognition - This is accomplished by learning and being willing to recognize the emotions that are coming up for us in any given moment. Here, too, is where journal writing and meditation are effective tools.

Give Yourself Permission to Feel It - Once we are able to become honest enough with ourselves to recognize what we are feeling, we can then choose to allow ourselves to feel it. This is rather difficult because we have never been given permission to fully feel whatever it is that we are feeling. As children we received subtle messages that others loved us and wanted to be around us when we were happy, pleasant and cheerful. When we were angry, sad or despondent we were given messages that those feelings were not good or acceptable. Some of us were sent to our rooms until we “got over it” or were flat out told not to be angry or not to cry.

However that showed up for you, you probably learned that anything less than joy and peace was wrong. As a result we have learned to disown our true feelings of anger, sadness and resentment. We attempt to deny them and to pretend we are not feeling them. Because once again to feel them would be wrong and unacceptable and then we would feel guilty. So we start out feeling whatever it is that we are feeling, and then we add to it guilt for feeling something other than happiness, gratitude and peace.

Learn From It - When we are getting in touch with what it is we are feeling, the next question to ask ourselves is where is that feeling coming from. A Course in Miracles, a self study program on spiritual psychotherapy, teaches that there are really only two emotions, love and fear. In other words, all emotions come from a choice we make, usually unconsciously, based on a perception of love or of fear. Anger, resentment, sorrow, frustration and anxiety are among the emotions that stem from a thought system based on fear. Peace, serenity, acceptance, joy and ecstasy are among the emotions that stem from a thought system based on love. If we can get clear on what it is we are feeling, then we can pin point what is our current thought system.

What is Our Fear? - If we determine that we are experiencing emotions stemming from fear, than what is our fear? Use your journals to help you move through this process. Ask yourself the question, what am I thinking about? What am I feeling about it in this moment? Is this feeling based on love or fear? If the feeling is based on fear, what is the fear? When getting in touch with the fear, it is important that we don’t stop before getting to the core issue. For instance, if we are agonizing because we are afraid that we may be losing our job, the feeling of anxiety, discomfort, agony, insecurity, etc., are fear-based emotions.

What Does It Really Mean? - On the surface it is simply a fear of losing a job and not being able to pay the bills. But taking it to another level, the real fear, the core fear, is likely a fear of rejection if we are to lose the job, and a fear of failure if we are to be unable to survive financially. Those are the real, genuine fears with which we are struggling. When we can touch that level of honesty within ourselves, only then are we able to gather our inner strength to realize that no matter what happens to us, we can handle it.

Let It Go - Once we recognize what we are feeling and allowing ourselves to fully feel it, then and only then will we be able to move through it and come out on the other side. It is not drugs, antidepressants or some other distraction that is needed to keep us from feeling our pain, but rather a willingness to actually feel the pain that is the answer. When you are done feeling all of what is coming up for you (and this is not a process you can rush, it takes as long as it takes), then you can grieve for that part that you choose to no longer hold on to and let it go. This is an act of forgiveness, of the person, place or thing that caused you pain, and then of yourself, for your experience of it.

The result of this letting go, or forgiveness, is a feeling of lightness and freedom that escaped us long ago, for many of us we were children when we last felt that level of freedom and lightness. It is an awakening. We wake back up, heal our emotional and spiritual wounds, and start living again. Everyone has someone, something or some event to forgive. Everyone can benefit from this process. There is nobody this cannot

few people understand what goes into a true apology, or its meaning and purpose. Apologies can turn into tit-for-tat scorekeeping in a relationship, but that diminishes their real usefulness, as well as their effect. "People underestimate how important and moving it is when a person actually recognizes and apologizes for bad behavior," says Lauren. "Logic would tell you that admitting to a shortcoming or failure is a sign of weakness, but the opposite is true when it comes to matters of intimacy. A true apology makes you a more powerful force in your relationship. The challenge is being strong enough to see the error of your ways and admit to yourself and your loved one that you may in fact not be perfect.

Apologies offered regularly and meaningfully show you do indeed pay attention to how you behave with others, including those you love most. "When done with integrity, saying you are sorry is a form of self-management that displays true regard for other people," says Lauren. "It really works and is healing -- for you and your relationships. And besides, it feels really good."

Saturn (the old way) and Uranus (the new way) are tugging at each other

We just had two eclipses and will be experiencing retrograde cycles of Mercury, Venus and Mars this year. In addition, we have other intense energies occurring that are impacting each of us. Saturn (the old way) and Uranus (the new way) are tugging at each other in the sky. We are really being challenged to release the old and embrace new ways of living. This energy first occurred on Election Day and happens a total of five times by the end of 2010. To top it off, we have three planets (Neptune, Chiron and Jupiter) gathered in the sign of Aquarius causing a huge pull in our life to heal old wounds, embrace unconditional love and expand our lives to include cutting edge new realities. Quite an assignment for us humans this year.

The Vernal Equinox Explained

The March equinox, which was on March 20 in 2008, occurs on the same date but at a different time in 2009. It is also called the vernal equinox in the northern hemisphere and marks the beginning of spring in some cultures and falls around the Easter period. The March equinox occurred at 05:48 (or 5.48am) at Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on March 20, 2008. However places that are six hours or more behind UTC observed the March equinox as early as March 19. The March equinox will occur at 11:44 (or 11.44am) UTC on March 20, 2009.

What does equinox mean?

In the northern hemisphere the March equinox is referred to as the spring or vernal equinox. In the southern hemisphere it is referred as the autumnal or fall equinox. The word “equinox” derives from the Latin words meaning “equal night” and refers to the time when the sun crosses the equator. The word “vernal” means “spring” in Latin.

March Equinox Explained

Twice a year, around March 20 or 21 and September 22 or 23, many regions around the equator have a daylight length about 12 hours and six-and-a-half minutes during the equinox. These two days are known as the March equinox and the September equinox.

The March equinox occurs on a day when the sun crosses the true celestial equator – or the line in the sky above the earth’s equator – from south to north. It occurs annually around March 19 to March 21 depending on the year in the Gregorian calendar. At that time, the earth’s axis of rotation is perpendicular to the line connecting the centers of the earth and the sun.

The point of intersection of the ecliptic, inclined from south to north, and the celestial equator is called the true vernal equinox. In gyroscopic motion, the earth’s rotational axis migrates in a slow circle based as a consequence of the moon’s pull on a nonspherical earth. This nearly uniform motion causes the position of the equinoxes to move backwards along the ecliptic in a period of about 25,725 years.

Nearly Equal?

During the March equinox, the length of night and day across the world is not entirely equal. This is because the day is slightly longer in places that are further away from the equator and the sun takes longer to rise and set in these locations. Furthermore, the sun also does not set straight down, but it also moves in a horizontal direction.

During the March equinox, the length of daylight is about 12 hours and eight to nine minutes in areas that are about 30 degrees north or south of the equator, while areas that are 60 degrees north or south of the equator observe daylight for about 12 hours and 16 minutes. Many regions around the equator have a daylight length about 12 hours and six-and-a-half minutes during the March equinox.

Moreover, one day does not last for an exact 24 hours across the world and due to time zone differences, there could be a few small minutes’ difference between a far-eastern and far-western location on the same latitude, as the sun moves further north during 24 hours. Historical Fact

A Greek astronomer and mathematician named Hipparchus (ca. 190-ca.120 BCE) was known for discovering the precession of the equinoxes, the slow movement among the stars of the two opposite places where the sun crosses the celestial equator. Hipparchus made observations of the equinox and solstice.

Astronomers use the spring equinoctial point to define their frame of reference, and the movement of this point implies that the measured position of a star varies with the date of measurement. Hipparchus also compiled a star catalogue, but this has been lost.

March Equinox across Cultures

In the northern hemisphere the March equinox marks the start of spring and has long been celebrated as a time of rebirth. Many cultures and religions celebrate or observe holidays and festivals around the time of the March equinox, such as the Easter holiday period.

The astronomical Persian calendar begins its New Year on the day when the March equinox occurs before apparent noon (the midpoint of the day, sundial time, not clock time) in Tehran. The start of the New Year is postponed to the next day if the equinox is after noon.

Our Dinner With Michael (Moore) | What a Way to Go: Life at the End of Empire: "We were in the presence of someone who knew what we’d been through without us speaking a word of it. We listened, somewhat spellbound, as Michael talked about his experience of seeing our movie. He laughed and joked with us about the warning card at the beginning of the movie, saying that What A Way To Go is a long and dense film. He said he’d had no idea what he was about to watch but when he saw the warning he realized that he was likely in for a ride. And indeed, he said, it was a ride. So much so that he did something he didn’t remember having done in the last decade or more. As soon as the movie was over, he told us, he reached up and hit the play button again and watched it through a second time. “Four hours,” he said, “I watched your movie.” He was riveted.

Hearing this from a hero was a balm for two weary and road-wounded souls. It’s been a very long four years. It’s been hard and lonely. But Michael Moore watched our movie and he liked it. He liked it enough to watch it immediately a second time. He liked it enough to agree with the IndyFlix committee that they should bring us to Traverse City when they screened the movie. I guess what he’s saying is that it’s good.

It’s good. It’s good not in spite of the fact that it tells the truth, but because it tells the truth. It’s good not in spite of the fact that it’s long and dense, but because it is long and dense. And when he introduced us and the movie at the State Theater later on, Michael Moore went further. After he told the story of hitting the play button again after his first viewing, he said something that really hit the spot for me. He said it is not often to find people like us who respect their audience enough to tell them the whole truth. With that, he nailed it for me. Because that is true, truer than anyone else had put into words previously. We do respect our audience that much. We do believe our audience wants the whole truth. How amazing for us to have him really understand that, and to put words to it.

What is White Time Healing?
Universal White Time Healing was created when highly developed spiritual beings, having monitored the development on Earth, saw that the need for healing increased in the human race. These beings also saw that the humans could perform the healing themselves by opening up to the universal healing force. The spiritual beings carried ancient knowledge - full of light and love - and they also had the knowledge of White Time.

These spiritual beings created a new form of healing and adopted it in every way to the human need of healing. The new healing form, using White Time, was created to give the right amount of power on the right frequency, but also protection and security for both healer and client. The healing was called Universal White Time Healing. Now we would all have the opportunity to give and receive healing, a healing that worked on a highly spiritual level. The healing-form that was created could also be used for purposes other than healing people; a healer could heal nature and Mother Earth, among many other things. Healing could also be administered to â" for instance â" different situations in life.

In a healing situation, the healer goes back to the time before the injury was inflicted to stop the injury from happening. The healer then heals the pain in present time, and finally sends the healing power forward in time to stop the possibility that a new accident might occur.

Everyone can learn how to use Universal White Time Healing. Age does not matter, although the student should be at least 10 years old or fully matured spiritually to take on the responsibility of becoming a healer.

Every healer has a different starting point. That is, a person who has been a healer in previous lives starts out from another level than a person who has not previously been a healer. But White Time healers increase their healing powers every time they open up their healing. There are no limits to the level of healing power a person can reach. This is one reason why this healing form has been kept out of the public eye for so long: it takes just a few months to become a really powerful healer and only a few years to develop very strong powers. Healers who have practiced healing for a long time have the ability to use only their eyes or mind to heal. This would naturally have created a debate in the media and this is the reason why this healing-form was kept out of the public eye until May 1993 (when humanity and the Earth went into a higher frequency of spiritual insight).

Healers using Universal White Time Healing summon their power from the Universe. This means that they will never use their own personal energy - thus preventing the possibility of draining themselves of life force, and become ill. This is a great risk in other forms of healing. On the contrary, Universal White Time Healing gives the healer better health and after a healing session, the healer feels a sense of harmony and alertness, since the healer receives a little of the healing power in the process of healing.

The healer cannot receive an illness from the patient, nor can the patient receive any illness or imbalances from the healer.

Universal White Time Healing is special in that it obeys the Karmic Laws. A person's Karma can never be changed or altered in any way by Universal White Time Healing, as is the case with many other healing-forms. If an illness has karmic origins, the healing power will be turned off, something the healer will feel in his or her hands. A Universal White Time Healer can never be affected by their client's Karma. The flow of healing power is directed towards the client and will not flow back into the healer. You might think that it is cruel that you might not be able to heal a client because of Karma. But who says that the patient cannot be healed by another person, for instance a nurse in a hospital, and that nurse happens to be the woman the client is supposed to marry, once healed? If Karma was altered using Universal White Time Healing, they would never have met, which would have caused great damage in the Karmic chain, because they would never have conceived the little girl who later would grow up and become President of the United Nations and bring peace to the world!

New Agers often says that you should "open up". But to what? Good? Evil? Universal White Time Healing is a secure way to open up to something good, light and to love. Certain blockages in the mind are removed after the initiations in the classes of Universal White Time Healing. The difference between the ever so popular "openings" in New Age circles and Universal White Time Healing is this: thousands of years of knowledge and experience lie behind the creation of this particular healing form

Highly spiritual beings and light-beings have created this unique healing-form and they watch over those who use Universal White Time Healing. Sometimes these beings are present when healing is administered. They have created a sort of filter, a protection for all people that perform White Time Healing. The protection makes sure that no harm can come to the healer or the client during healing.

Universal White Time Healing can also be used to heal animals, plants, food and matter, even events and situations! The healer is constantly evolving, even if he/she only gives healing to him/herself. Every time a healer opens up the healing power, he/she increases his/her powers. In the end, the healer, as mentioned above, just has to look at a person to make that person feel better or to be healed. But the healer must always keep a humble attitude towards his/her healing power. To say, "I did this", are words that should never be uttered by a healer. We are all just tools in service of a power filled with dignity and we, who are healers already, should always go about our work with dignity and a humble attitude. Never should a healer brag or boast about the healing work being done. No man is better than another, no matter how powerful that person might be.

You can describe a practitioner of Universal White Time Healing as a person who has a "funnel on his/her head where the healing power flows into the body. Every time the healer starts a new healing-session, the funnel becomes wider. As a result, the healer can tap into more and more of the Universal Light and Love-power. This power is given from the All in its Whole, and the Divinity. Since the funnel widens in a steady and, one might say "mild" way, the healer is constantly developing in the same way.

There are, however, shortcuts for the person who wants to evolve faster as a healer. Widening the funnel and increasing the power achieve this. A person with pure knowledge of Universal White Time Healing must administer this. This teacher must be certain of his/her judgment of the healer who wants to be opened up to powers that are more spiritual. The teacher must be sure that the healer is mature enough!

The teacher starts by widening the funnel 100-150 "steps". Each step represents one healing-situation, which is the same as if the healer has opened up and used his/her powers 100-150 times. The next step is 200-250 "steps" and finally 500-550 "steps". You always start out with the lowest number of "steps", just so that the teacher can control the student's understanding of the increase of power he/she is receiving.

The Supreme Teacher of the country where the healer lives often administers these steps.

Universal White Time Healing can be used in a great variety of ways. Experienced healers can tailor-make his/her treatment of a client. The healing works on all levels of the patient, even the ethereal or astral bodies. So, even if you do not remember exactly where you are supposed to place your hands, the healing will go where it's needed anyway! Universal White Time Healing can also be used to specific treatments of a client. You can, for instance cleanse the aura or balance the chakras separately. You can also give extra energy in the form of light-tubes that are placed in the body. This light-tube works as a personal battery from which the patient can draw energy for up to two months. The healing from an ordinary healing-session continues to work in a person for up to 27 days (giving healing is, however, much more powerful than just administering a light-tube).
