How do you feel? Before you answer, consider what it means to feel “well.” Health is something that goes beyond the physical. True health is a balance of mind, body, and spirit.

Here's a sneak peek at what you will learn ... seven steps to release EMOTIONS . .

Step 1: Take responsibility for what you're feeling.

Try: Am I reacting emotionally because I see a similar quality in my own nature?

Step 2: Identify the emotion.
Try: I feel _________________ (worried, alone, angry, hurt, etc.)

Step 3: Witness the feeling in your body.
Try: Embracing the physical sensation of the emotion.

Step 4: Express the emotion to yourself.
Try: Journaling the feeling in detail.

Step 5: Release the emotion through physical movement.
Try: Going for a walk, bike, dancing, or even play in your garden.

Step 6: Share the emotion with someone.
Try: Talking to someone who's empathetic (but doesn't feel like they need to solve the problem).

Step 7: Do something nice for yourself!
Try: Getting a massage, randomly gift someone, or simply smile.
