Thank you so very much for the clear specific responses to these questions regarding the "man-of-knowledge."  Clearly, there is a strong tradition and many stories about this time we are now entering, and the impacts and transitions before us. I am so glad you explained this from your own tradition and heritage. 

However, for continued research into this, I need the EXACT spelling of each word you used, which language it originated, and the tribe and traditions that are associated with it.  Like, with these Quechua Terms shown here posted at right; each level of detail is critical now, more than ever.

Once again, THANK YOU Grandmother Teish so much for sharing your knowledge and experience about this. I would welcome further insights from the other Grandmothers. Maja-Jingki:Burra commented it's about deep listening and getting off-the-fence to get real about what's here and our own responsibility to move forward.

This leads me to the next question about the “man-of-knowledge.” I am sure there are a great many signs and symbols that will demonstrate his return. Much as the Dalai Lama is found in each of His Incarnations, as skilled elders know what to look for.  Additionally, I am sure these symbols will be recognized by those with similar experience and knowledge.  Thus, my next question is whether the ancestors told about this "humanity-of-knowledge" coming together as a new Tribe, maybe a Leadership Council, or some other NEW form required to shepherd the populations into this New Transition of Earth.

I am sure there are equally, men and women of knowledge coming into Being now, so I'm curious if there are specific symbols and actions they will be focused on so they begin to find each other?

How does Eric's attention to synchronicity lead to his new growth and understanding?

His 1999 transition, came after loosing his job, wife and mother, which brought him into a new experience with his children. The divorce was amicable, where the children spent 1/2 the week with dad at home, and 1/2 the week with mom at her apartment. When speaking with his daughter Emily, halfway through the week, she asked him about learning to heal.  She wanted to cure their mother's skin cancer.

The next night Eric found a Reiki Practitioner presenting at the Safety Harbor Library. After listening to his program and training, Eric asked if he had ever worked with children. He replied about working with his own daughter also named Emily.

The name synchronicity between their daughter's names; MEANT for Eric, that he is in the right place, at the right time, to DO AND BE whatever is MOST ideal for him, right now.  Clearly, the Right Reiki Practitioner to train his daughter.

Eric took the Reiki Practitioner to dinner across the street, and scheduled a weekend training for his children to learn Reiki. The following months, Emily and her brother Christopher cured their mother's skin cancer. Chris even mentioned one evening how his "mom didn't believe" they learned or could do any healing, "Reiki" or otherwise. However, Chris could feel the energy in his hands and it was very present and obvious to him. His mother did not believe. Eric's mother who had been gone months now begin to show up in the children's dreams and they were able to communicate with her regularly.

Soon the Reiki Practitioner was teaching Eric Reiki and Eric began another transformation learning and growing process into more traditions from his mother.

Let’s chat again Monday about doing some new research in the area of Spiritual Rituals. We need to create some research to open up the deeper truths of how Synchronicities are the Love Language of the Universe!  Yes, my life always reflects Joy and Love in Synchronicities. Like my own experience this week with randomly calling you, after speaking with my son who starts a new job too.*

Yes, I told you about dating Kristel, Christine, and then Kristen in High School always in trouble with my buddy Allen. My daughter named after my mom and my son named after these HS buddies: son Chris A. W. Now looking up his new gig to see his bike ride . . . I stumble into his new job.**  

Then I had to map out his bike ride which he mentioned was about the same as mine as I was doing 10 years getting a Phd. His scenario is evolving and improving from my own. As 1/4 of his trip north for him is passing his girl's office, so they can bike together enhancing their relationship with more powerful bonding moments.  Yes, Dawn mentioned this provides essential bonding time for couples.  My ride was north, while my wife would ride south. I did also stop 1/2 on my trip north to do yoga, but never with my wife (son with 1/4 stop which is quicker and better than 1/2 for my ride). Again this shows the odd synchronicities hidden in the details that follow me. I told him how proud I was as he was improving on the DNA, exactly like I told his sister had with the water pics!

What Water pictures? He hadn't seen these pics I shared with his sister! Oh, I've been a water engineer all my life, so his Architecture work involving water as linked above (sync*), is also improving on my work. And his sister did one better than me too, sending me a baby picture of her daughter in a creek.  Yes, my daughter and her daughter are here in the creek pictures at 2. Her daughter owns this creek, while my daughter was in the smoky mountains for vacation. This also has my favorite picture of the two kids between my knees at the bottom. They are on the Hillsborough River in the canoe also around age two. Again my kids are improving the DNA experiences onto the next generation. The greatest Compliment I ever received is seeing them BETTER than I!  I'm wicked proud of them both as remarkable people finding their own divinity independently, to step beyond what I could do.

NOW I SEE, my own Place more clearly.

My son's new gig, is another couple as an Architect firm, similar to his first gig in Tampa. . . lol, yes so now I laugh about seeing another synchronicity of the two "ARCH firms as couples" is what started his girl’s career too. MORE SYNC! 

I SEE SYNC?  What's my responsibility if I know something EXTRA here?

Now, I must search this couple and see what they write as linked above (sync**) . . . taking my responsibility to understand and explore deeper, as I see the two-couple architecture firms he's chosen, and NOW I have their first interview QUESTION:

• MLA: I think it’s something that gives us time to reflect and combine disconnected ideas. It’s a process of trying to put words to things we’ve done that we may not completely understand. In writing, something you read six months ago, a project you’re working on right now, and a project that you wrapped up two years ago suddenly come into conversation with one another.

This new experience that I write in this blog, shows me how I AM, in the Right Place at the Right Time, doing what it is that I MUST DO. Like accepting my responsibility. Accepting that I understand synchronicity. Accepting this is my experience. This is who I am. This is why I am. Maybe stepping into Research that only I can do, maybe even proposing I complete my DrPH  . . . 

Yes, only a dissertation is missing.

He was referring to the following paradigm: we cannot create solutions for today’s problems if we use the same thinking and tools that generated them. We need a shift in paradigm. However, a shift of paradigm is not linear or incremental, it is dynamic.

To put it in a business perspective, the paradigm shift for organizations implies a radically new way of conducting business. Ian Morrison describes this paradigm shift as the second curve (The Second Curve, Ian Morrison, 1996). Organizations experience stagnation in growth which results in decreased profits. They come to the realization that although their current profit is generated from the first curve, their future growth will occur through the second curve. Carlos Barrios, Mayan elder and Ajq'ij (is a ceremonial priest and spiritual guide) of the Eagle Clan. Carlos initiated an investigation into the different Mayan calendars circulating. Carlos along with his brother Gerardo studied with many teachers and interviewed nearly 600 traditional Mayan elders to widen their scope of knowledge. Carlos found out quickly there were several conflicting interpretations of Mayan hieroglyphs, petroglyphs, Sacred Books of 'Chilam Balam' and various ancient text. Carlos found some strong words for those who may have contributed to the confusion: Carlos Barrios: "Anthropologists visit the temple sites and read the inscriptions and make up stories about the Maya, but they do not read the signs correctly. It's just their imagination. Other people write about prophecy in the name of the Maya. They say that the world will end in December 2012. The Mayan elders are angry with this. The world will not end. It will be transformed." "We are no longer in the World of the Fourth Sun, but we are not yet in the World of the Fifth Sun. This is the time in-between, the time of transition. As we pass through transition there is a colossal, global convergence of environmental destruction, social chaos, war, and ongoing Earth Changes." He continues: "Humanity will continue, but in a different way. Material structures will change. From this we will have the opportunity to be more human. We are living in the most important era of the Mayan calendars and prophecies. All the prophecies of the world, all the traditions are converging now. There is no time for games. The Mayan Calendars comprehension of time, seasons, and cycles has proven itself to be vast and sophisticated. The Maya understand 17 different calendars such as the Tzolk'in or Cholq'ij, some of them charting time accurately over a span of more than ten million years. "All was predicted by the mathematical cycles of the Mayan calendars. -- It will change --everything will change. Mayan Day-keepers view the Dec. 21, 2012 date as a rebirth, the start of the World of the Fifth Sun. It will be the start of a new era resulting from and signified by the solar meridian crossing the galactic equator and the Earth aligning itself with the center of the galaxy." At sunrise on December 21, 2012 for the first time in 26,000 years the Sun rises to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. This cosmic cross is considered to be an embodiment of the Sacred Tree, The Tree of Life, a tree remembered in all the world's spiritual traditions. Some observers say this alignment with the heart of the galaxy in 2012 will open a channel for cosmic energy to flow through the Earth, cleansing it and all that dwells upon it, raising all to a higher level of vibration. Carlos reminds us: "This process has already begun. Change is accelerating now and it will continue to accelerate. If the people of the Earth can get to this 2012 date in good shape without having destroyed too much of the Earth, we will rise to a new, higher level. But to get there we must transform enormously powerful forces that seek to block the way." The date specified in the calendar Winter Solstice in the year 2012 does not mark the end of the world. Many outside people writing about the Mayan calendar sensationalize this date, but they do not know. The ones who know are the indigenous elders who are entrusted with keeping the tradition. Carlos tells us: "The economy now is a fiction. The first five-year stretch of transition from August 1987 to August 1992 was the beginning of the destruction of the material world. We have progressed ten years deeper into the transition phase by now, and many of the so-called sources of financial stability are in fact hollow. The banks are weak. This is a delicate moment for them. They could crash globally, if we don't pay attention. Now, people are paying attention." The North and South Poles are both breaking up. The level of the water in the oceans is going to rise. But at the same time land in the ocean, especially near Cuba, is also going to rise. Carlos tells a story about the most recent Mayan New Year ceremonies in Guatemala. He said that one respected Mam elder, who lives all year in a solitary mountain cave, journeyed to Chichicastenango to speak with the people at the ceremony. The elder delivered a simple, direct message. He called for human beings to come together in support of life and light. "Right now each person and group is going his or her own way. The elder of the mountains said there is hope if the people of the light can come together and unite in some way. We live in a world of polarity -- day and night, man and woman, positive and negative. Light and darkness need each other. They are a balance." "Just now the dark side is very strong, and very clear about what they want. They have their vision and their priorities clearly held, and also their hierarchy. They are working in many ways so that we will be unable to connect with the spiral Fifth World in 2012." "On the light side everyone thinks they are the most important, that their own understandings, or their group's understandings, are the key. There's a diversity of cultures and opinions, so there is competition, diffusion, and no single focus." Carlos believes the dark side works to block unity through denial and materialism. It also works to destroy those who are working with the light to get the Earth to a higher level. They like the energy of the old, declining Fourth World, the materialism. They do not want it to change. They do not want unity. They want to stay at this level, and are afraid of the next level. The dark power of the declining Fourth World cannot be destroyed or overpowered. It's too strong and clear for that, and that is the wrong strategy. The dark can only be transformed when confronted with simplicity and open-heartedness. This is what leads to unity, a key concept for the World of the Fifth Sun. Carlos said the emerging era of the Fifth Sun will call attention to a much-overlooked element. Whereas the four traditional elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water have dominated various epochs in the past, there will be a fifth element to reckon with in the time of the Fifth Sun --- that element is 'ETHER'. The dictionary defines Ether as a "hypothetical substance supposed to occupy all space, postulated to account for the propagation of electromagnetic radiation through space." Perhaps it could be defined as the "space between space". I would suggest it could be manifest as the alignment of charged particles from our solar system (Sun), and our galaxy (Milky Way) surge. The Ether element represents spiritual energy. "The element of the Fifth Sun is celestial. Within the context of Ether there can be a joining of the polarities. No more darkness or light in the people, but an uplifted unity. But right now the realm of darkness is not interested in this. They are organized to block it. They seek to unbalance the Earth and its environment so we will be unready for the alignment in 2012." "We need to work together for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the Earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire mind and heart into pursuing unity and unity now, to confront the other side and preserve life." "We are disturbed -- we can't play anymore. Our planet can be renewed or ravaged. Now is the time to awaken and take action. Everyone is needed. You are not here for no reason. Learn some good breathing techniques, so you have mastery of your breath. Be clear. Follow a tradition with great roots. It is not important what tradition, your heart will tell you, but it must have great roots." "We live in a world of energy. An important task at this time is to learn to sense or see the energy of everyone and everything -- people, plants, animals. This becomes increasingly important as we draw close to the World of the Fifth Sun, for it is associated with the element 'ether' -- the realm where energy lives and weaves. I guess I saw how the credit card scam came on again.  Like now again i saw how Visa and McDonald's are going to make a deal resulting in the mass population getting toxic from cheap food!  Just like Visa and Exxon made a toxic deal a few years ago.  I saw how suddenly Whole cities turned into mindless graveyards. Course the press will never write about that; but the rich will get much richer...

What else are you doing?

I guess it was funny today.  I got to school after noon, and biked straight to the UC to stop at the Credit Union and get Adobe Master Collection for this Mac.  I asked for all but $200 out of savings and went next door.  They had the CS5 on hold for me: $640.97.  Course then I took out $1642.92!  $1000 was for an RV, so I asked for ALL but $200 out of my account.  Seeing how close the numbers were really confirmed to me that i was doing exactly what i needed to do in Your Light Lord Jesus!!!.

What just flashed before you eyes now?

I remembered biking back to COPH feeling perfect about 640.93 vs. 642.92!  The receipt at home said 97 cents while, I thought she said 93. . .  As I rode my bike back to nursing, i passed all this skanska construction everywhere.  And I saw the piles of pipes, and remembered how they buy a lot extra that they don't need and then have to dump.  Thinking, wow Kim knows them, and I bet she could get my truck filled up any day that I asked.

What did you do now?

I read what I was writing as i did it, since Kim sat here next to me listening!

Why did you do that...

I know we can do anything together and i keep getting ideas about us doing more!  So I like sharing them with her all the time.

Like What?

It was weird!  We were going to Christopher's graduation earlier tonight, and I thought I saw a Osprey in the middle of the road.  When I turned around it was a female Mallard.  Tonight I got her wings and feathers and was out looking over the roof as I laid them out to dry.  Each time i go up there I see the black pipes all set up for my next design phase.  So when I came in to write again, I wanted Kim to know about how much it would help me building things here if I had more materials, like from skanska.  Like this week I got more railroad ties.  We have the front garden box full of water mellon, basal, and egg plants (so far).  So I got more ties for another box on the side yard.

She really likes it, so i want to get the bigger ties.  They were a lot heavier, so they would work better.  I am having so much fun building things again.

What do you mean there?

It was awesome when Joyce came down for our wedding!  I was going crazy fixing and cleaning things up every where.  Wow, I knew i have not cared for a house like this since I was living in Joyce's.  She knew it too.  She loved the family and community we were in.  The big rain for the wedding was really perfect to create an awesome experience for everyone too.  So to know i'm building, creating and expanding again in my BLISS is really just awesome!

What do you feel about this now?

It's really kinda funny!  I'm building my Phd and research and experience all together in the same vibration.  It's such an incredible trip as so much of what we are is online... and it can be joined and combined into bliss so easily.  Like everything else I see!

Ok. It's about how easily I can flash into completely different places.  Like i instantly see a little video of another way of doing something.  Course we all consider options!  But I am always flashing into new things that I see right before my eyes in a second.  Like seeing the big black water pipes I have held up with extra skanska concrete pipes.  More and more pieces coming together all the time.  Like today I was reading all this stuff from water sampling work done in Wisconsin and we could do the same things here.  They really did a great job with it and have a lot of data a resources together to make exactly what I want with Trotz and organic Gardens and all the rest.
