Creating you!

Don't you usually act as if you believed that mistakes and failure are bad?
(Please answer out loud.)
When you make a mistake or fail do you experience it as a learning opportunity, or do you beat yourself up?
Doesn't it feel uncomfortable when you make a mistake? Mistakes and failure are bad).
(Say out loud.)
Please type "Mistakes and failure are bad," in the space provided on your computer as soon as I stop speaking.
Does "Mistakes and failure are bad" now seem like it's not the truth, but just a truth?
(Please answer out loud)
Didn't it seem as if you could see "Mistakes find failure are bad"?
Did you really see "Mistakes and failure are bad"?
Is it clear now that you never really saw Mistakes and failure are bad? (Please answer out loud.)
If you never really saw "Mistakes and failure are bad," what did you see?
Can you get that the events had no meaning before you gave them one?
(Please answer out loud.)
What might you automatically think?
(Please answer this question out loud.)
What you just said is the meaning you gave to the event.
So if meaning is in your mind is there any meaning inherent in your parents behavior ... or in any other events for that matter? (Please answer out loud)
Is it real now that the events had no meaning until you attributed one to them?
(Please answer out loud)
If you never saw "Mistakes and failure are bad" out there in the world, where has it been all these years?
What did make you feel Mistakes and failure are bad?
You felt that only because that's the meaning you had already given to your parents' behavior.
As you imagine this scene giving it this other meaning, does it still feel as if your parents' behavior and comments are making you feet that "mistakes and failure are bad"?
Is it real that your feelings tell you nothing about mistakes and failure?
Mistakes and failure are bad.
(Please say out loud.)
Is it the truth? Does it still feel like the truth?
(Please answer out loud.)
We form beliefs to give meaning to events that have no real meaning
BREATHE
Mistakes and failure are bad. (Please say out loud.)
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE IF YOU FEEL NOTHING TO THE WORDS THE BELIEF
IS GONE
DID YOU E\TR REALLY SEE THIS BELIEF??? WAS IT REAL??
Please answer my questions out loud.
MUST MAKE IT REAL
I create my beliefs.
(PLEASE SAY OUT LOUD)
My beliefs determine my life.
(PLEASE SAY OUT LOUD)
The meanings you give to meaningless events are the beliefs about yourself and life that ultimately determine what you do and feel.
I create my Beliefs.
My Beliefs determine what I do and feel. Therefore, I create my life and I can change it.
(PLEASE SAY OUT LOUD)
You still have a sense of yourself, don't you?
If you aren't the beliefs you thought you were, then who are you really?
Is it real to you now that you are the belief creator and not merely the creation which is the sum total of your beliefs?
You're not your beliefs you're the creator of your beliefs.
You're not your life you're the creator of your life.
3 WAY'S TO KNOW:
FIRST, cognitively, by understanding it.
SECOND, experientially, by experiencing it.
THIRD, by distinguishing or creating it.
You distinguished yourself as the creator from the creation you thought you were.
What's possible - right now?
What limitations do you experience ~ right now?
Is there anything missing - right now?
What's your experience of yourself as the creator- right now?
You distinguished yourself as the creator of your life.
And when you moke it real for yourself that who you really are is consciousness, you will no longer be at the effect of whatever had been upsetting you. It is feels like your Self is observing the creation having upsetting thoughts and feelings.
First, you can change your creation by changing the beliefs that make up the creation.
Second, the "Who am I really?" process you just did enables you to distinguish yourself as the creator of the creation.
