On January 10, the conjunction of Saturn and Pluto is heralded by the Full Moon on the Cancer-Capricorn axis, with a penumbral lunar eclipse. The Cancer Moon draws our attention to the fact that social structures, rules and powers only make sense if they serve the people. What do you feel now?

I thought I would start Ritual again, but see only dark cloudy skies! I almost raced out to catch what I could anyway. But then realized that I needed to finish this day. This shift to a new day. Its like announcing I AM here is something totally new and creates something more, something new, something full of power and clarity.

What happened yesterday?

I spent the day cleaning and setting things as I needed everywhere. I still need to sage the HouseHouse again! I was up working until after midnight, and then popped up before 6am.

What else?

I decide to buy a few more things. I'm not sure if anyone will come at all. I did invite over a hundred people, including my son and family. We'll see who shows up where and when. . . I Love You Dearest Loving Lord Jesus Christ.

It is very likely that the events of this time will be felt by people of all signs of the zodiac. It is a time of collective upheaval, and the effects can be seen in many areas of life. So wow, this is all since 1990, when my first child was born?  What did I notice with my first child?  Well, we would go-out to eat once a week. McDonald's and Burger King were cheaper and faster than any food anywhere, while Chilies was doing good. These were much the same foods shipped in by Sysco!  TV and video games were used as baby-sitters. I could get home each night and have a beer or two. . . while most of my peers would empty a 6-pack and nearly everything was made out of Corn-syrup. . . 

Ah yes, that's when the GMOs got started and all the food we ate was corn-syrup and processed crap made in a lab instead of made in the Earth or a Garden. They had stopped the cigarettes, or made significant efforts to stop all the poisons put into tobacco to make them addictive, BUT NO ONE had a clue that most other consumer foods were equally laced with shit for the same reasons.

Interesting to note how much these sugars and toxins became so wide-spread in everything we could purchase and consume. And I recall how hard it was to get real food for my children, and how easy it was NOT TO!

What about this experience inspires you now?

I helped a friend with a death last night. . . 42 and died of a heart-attack. . . ie too much sugar!   I Love You Dearest Loving Lord Jesus Christ.

NEW TECHNOLOGY

I’ve also learned that each time we experience truth—each time we suffer or love—the range of our compassion widens. Like a mud-filled pipe that is hollowed out by rain to carry water underground, the force of each experience clears us out.

I’m getting deeper and deeper into my technology. Friday I received an iPhone 11 Pro. Of course I spent $100 more for the Pro Max. But this was only so I could see more, and read more and all that crap on the little iPhone. Now I’ve Discovered the iPad. I got one from a handyman Job where I worked about $150, and the guy offered the iPad instead of a check. I said $80, and he gave me the gadget and the check for the rest.

Wow, was it cool to use the iPad. So now I’ve got the newest iPad Pro, with the pen and folding keyboard. . . This is so fast and easy, so maybe I can go back to a normal sized iPhone and use this for my reading and writing. I tried to exchange the new iPhone at the local store before I opened it. Nope they had none left. Course, I walked down to the T-Mobile store, where we found the very last 6+ that I’ve had and used until this morning. Nope, T-Mobile hadn’t seen any of the newest iPhones. So I can reorder on Monday, or just keep what I have.

So last night I opened the box, plugged it in and set it up. Now I’ve got the new iWatch on too. God knows why they sold it to me before I got the new iPhone, since the iWatch wouldn’t work with the older 6+. It’s Weird buying new tech’, I’ve Always built new tech, and always seemed to be buying the newest I could find. Course it’s out of date by the time you open the new box, but at least it’s functional using all the latest technologies for a while. . . That's why I was always "Beta Testing" when I got out of college the first time.

Course in new job now, so all new tech, new shoes, new cloths. . . No new car or truck, but a new bike and "new house" soon too. Funny, here where I am, I can see the Sunrise easily each morning and I know this is fundamentally something that I need to have in my life again. I would even enjoy the sunrise peaking through the trees at my parents house, and my old house in Seminole Heights. So now again I need to be sure I get what makes me sing deep inside.

OK, so now I can talk to text online here again. I learned how to use this new technology and I’m really happy with it. It’s great to use something new that I understand, what’s really funny is watching the vibration of my voice going through the speakers to this gadget, as it picks up the radio as well, but it only prints my voice. I was trying to do this outside a minute ago and the keyboard attachment to the iPad doesn’t have the voice activation button on it, while the virtual keyboard that comes with just this does have the little microphone for that.

Yes, so now I figured it out again, so I’m happy.  I was doing this yesterday typing into my journal and now I’m taking it into my blog, so it’s really cool to have the technology come up to where I need it to be.  What was funny yesterday, I said that I wanted to put in and move around pictures and maps and  drawings and different elements from different programs the same way I do this right now with just these words and it was funny to even think that I was setting the pace for the next change in the technology. I mean, now I can say "words" and the "letter's" appear on the screen. Next, I need to say "images" that appear on the screen, move and morph like I want them too. I’ve always done that in my mind (FLASHED) and I just sorta laugh about it, because it’s almost irrelevant to me now,  nothing new or nothings changed just same old same old ...

Like, I get that same feeling about buying a house as well; where I just know that it’s going to be exactly what I need, and exactly where I want it, and it’s going to be there, ready and waiting for me when I get to it, and I just know that already, it’s kind of weird.  I need to recognize how much control I have over things, and stay in that very same frame of mind. Like yesterday with the zoom bullshit on the phone I got all upset and that carried with me for so long that I was feeling all this negativity and that just doesn’t belong and just annoys me more than anything.

Of course, I’m clear and sure about everything; but I notice how easily I can get pushed off-course and that just doesn’t sound right for me. I need to get a lot stronger than that. I guess, I am being too empathetic and allowing myself to get caught in other peoples bullshit and it’s not healthy. grateful and happy for everything

I never slept last night, I was so wired, and crazy reading, and rethinking all my emails. Then I sent my dads note to him, 4 times. So he was wired about it too, posting notes, questions and changes up till 12:00 midnight last night. Then I met with Yrag yesterday too, who liked and opened more doors for me with YFG, who I meet on Friday to create a new deal.

Yrag made me copies of the critical pieces and returned the toxic piece of Ttocs’s work. He then got really specific about priorities and goals I should keep in mind as I move forward.... I left his office and went to Kinkos to get my copies scanned. I then called Llib to discuss next steps. I was thrilled he returned my call in moments, to recommend a meeting next week. I then drove to Oxford Exchange for a glass of wine, with my reading the scanned files.

I also wrote my dad that moment. And they had no WiFi, so I never could send it . . . . Or so I thought, actually sending it four times before the night was over. I know I’m in such an awesome space. It feels so very clear and strong. Crazy great as well, Yrag asked me about Mik as we sat down. Gone 9/11/17 with Irma, cash clearing the bank from the house sale also on 9/11/18 and now discussing new world with him 9/11/19.... She was interviewing for a St Pete Job, and resigned from Ytinummoc Gnippets Senots .... he was really surprised, but she said the commute from St Pete made that impossible... which is crazy, as he commutes from st Pete now too. . . .

So I signed up for the Elppa card the day it came out and I had used it, I guess within a week after that .... and I use it for everything, because I always have done that... MY AASU bank visa does an extensive accounting of all my purchases so I get a very detailed summary and breakdown of every category of my expenses. And so I buy everything with that card, and now I shifted everything to the Elppa card.

When I sold enough stock to transfer 11 grand for all new tech stuff, I decided it was time to go get new equipment.  Course within a week they had released the new versions so I returned everything to get the new versions instead.  Course that meant a trip going downtown, so I had to schedule a dozen other things including the dentist, visiting Yrag and i actually called and spoke to LLib as well!

Now I told him how my credit isn’t showing yet, so the Elppa card is fucking with me again. . . But I’m giving him the next order anyway. Then I said about the EMF effects and getting quality lined leather cases for everything.... printing him orders from better add ones, suggesting how he can get the super quality for an ‘angry customer’ . . . Seems like that’s all the $$$ cares about anyway... get the rfid shields on everything, and the making them all work right...

I really love my new technology and I know that I designed it for myself.  So I wrote the business manager a thank you letter for the awesome service that they provided .... Then detailed out what the clowns that Elppa card got to and how the bank for them is better small and local.

Here I am with a new gadget, and I’m trying to figure out how powerful it is for blogging and doing things that I really like to do, and I realize that I should be able to talk to it directly ... Oh yes, that seems to work, so I am able to talk to it pretty easily. New sentence and now I got to figure out how to put in these words and commands together and everything else that goes along with that because I haven’t figured it out yet, but it looks like it’s gonna work OK. I wonder if it works on my phone!

Of course you know we’re gonna tell you that this is what you created yourself and you asked for this to come out to you just the way it is, so you can imagine it’s only gonna get easier and better every day ... 

It figures, I kind of knew that, but I don’t like presuming anything, so I try to be careful about what’s in front of me, it’s good to be ready for what is here, but it’s also good to be humble and respect creation and development from others ...  something else I’ve noticed while playing with this is that if I have a music on, or something else speaking next to me while I do this, it can start recording those other words from somewhere else as well ...  ha ha Ha ...

I still can’t stand how they removed the arrow keys off of the keyboard in one of their revisions and made it this little magnifying glass to put your little cursor in for editing... And you know with this blasted thing you can barely see under your big fingers, you can never get the cursor exactly where you want it, so you always just want to push the simple arrow key to move it over one space or two spaces ... but NO! you got to get the stupid magnifying glass and wiggle it around all over the page before you can get right where you want it ... it’s crazy and I’ve made this complaint a 100 times and all they have done is change the keyboard where you slide up with two fingers on the keyboard and it turns into a mouse, so you can move the curser around like a mouse but it’s still totally irrelevant because that one letter that you need to change so that one space you need to tap over you can’t do anyway ... soon someone brilliant high school kid will create a keyboard add-on with the arrow keys back and make a killing that no one understands... something so simple that we all have and used for eons... but now little faces 😊☺️☹️ Goofy fingers 👌👍🙏 and all these other fucking symbols are more important than correct English 👁⛳️🏰⛵️✈️🛡🗡📳♋️☮️❌

We have been trying to make it clear to you for so long how this is all been your own creation. You already know where the next phases will be. You already have all the rivers designed, and all that you do is move the water around like Father, like Son. Creation from the waters of the Earth is really all we are about here anyway. And many are starting to realize that the "divide and conquer" methods of the machine and the church, really have nothing to do with evolution or growth, but more about monopoly and control.

I know i keep finding that we are more profitable when we share and grow together and encourage and support all life! Instead of limit and control it!

What are all are finding is that limit and control is actually the problem, not the solution. For example, the wealthy have already spent eons trying to limit and control the poor. This has resulted in increasing population of poor. Each time they try to limit the water, the food, create new diseases and poisons, they soon discover that this has a greater reach of multiple side-effects, which have the opposite effect. We are always surprised how they keep trying and trying regardless of who the results show the opposite.

Consider the divide and conquer of the right and left, or the white and black? This has increased the white-supremist efforts that are back-firing, literally ending the control of guns and violence. The global effect will be long lasting, and those industries slatted to loose the most, are actually those same industries who started it.

I know this is a nature-effect! Like the evolution of the city and the environment connecting more and more. Since mankind is a part of Nature, and the movement of water in our bodies and surrounding is what makes it all possible. While this greed-machine dividing our waters to control who has clear or dirty is a sick disease which will only continue to kill. While combining these is what is needed. Recreating the wholistic flows for creating life beyond profits. It's more important to support individuality, individual rights, democracy, libertarianism, anarchy, rebellion, and the revolution of Spirit that brings us out of the lies, Brules and Fake news into the Truth of our power. . . lol . . . just got this

What a great space you create. . . 

I've got my Mac spinning on a hundred different things, moving Videos, Changing configurations, creating files! Like I needed to get a directory of my external Drives. Yea, weeks of archiving CDs from my storage unit into two or three drives. . . so I created a directory file. Course then I found one I did for my USF website before I left. Wow, never new I had so much out there. . . Also my drives are TBs not just GBs, so the directory files have them spinning and spinning.

What else are you working on?

I need to find some videos. Which is really a pain. The directory file will help. Then all I need to do is a text search for some keywords and then I at least know where to look and what I can find! I've been making more videos and websites and such again. It's something I can figure out or do. Like modeling rivers, it can get tedious, but I'm patient and determined enough to try and try and try again until I find a work-around that gets me there. . . sounds typical!

I get it, i get it! I'm still doing the same thing I've always done. I thought I had to give-up on something because the place, players and environment changed. Nothing really changes, it' always getting easier and better. . . I mean, life has always been a grace and a wonderful time for me. Why should anything really change.

Early this morning I awoke in the dream being on a mountain in the Himilayas, tall, jagged, steep and snow covered. The air was brisk yet not freezing, it was scintillating, electric ... on the apex of the mountain range, standing, arms out stretched to the sky, calling on My SOURCEness to dance with me ... we spun and twirled in the air just above the icy and jagged mountain top ... swirling in space, weaving colors and tones in, through and around, deep sounds and heavy vibrations
 ... "AAHHH OHMMM" ...
 ...  ... "AAHHH OHMMM" ... ...
 ...  ...  ... "AAHHH OHMMM" ... ...   ...

 As a conductor of a multidimensional symphony I played my BEingness for the Universe to Experience and share with me ... I vibrated, toned, sang and celebrated LIFE as I danced and created a vortex of LOVE into Earth, then I carried these tones and deep colors into the Earth ... on purpose ... because I love bringing and being this source Sun Energy of Love down deep into Earth ... I returned to my mountain top, still flying high, and sat.

Our soul bodies then spun and danced in space, intertwined deep down through my Chakras ... and our exclamations of joy spread like fire through the universe ... as we descended into our physical bodies spinning into the space of  Earth ... carrying our energies deep into the Center of Earth, transmuting Master Alchemists ... BEing One ... we made the Earth Glow like the Sun as we did this dance ... we rode our waves of Life Purpose ... dancing and loving to heal Earth, transmute, raise energies and vibrate higher and higher ... like love.

What a nice way to start the day. We really require this devotion and attention in Love and Purpose. BEing focus and undivided in one purpose of Love resolves all else.

Intentional parenting is a wonderful

Some people call parenting a job, but when I think about it, that doesn't seem like an accurate description of what this beautiful and messy thing really is. This is a relationship -- a relationship that takes thought, self sacrifice, love, compassion and intentionality. This is not a relationship you can be stagnant in and expect to go well. So don't be stagnant! Your child needs more out of you than that. Be intentional in your choices and in how you raise your child. Here are eight steps to get started.

1. Think about how you were raised. And no, I'm not talking about reflecting on the best points of your childhood, like that time your parents took you to Disneyland and got you that awesome Mickey hat. I'm talking about the day in, day out parenting that you received. Look at your childhood through the lens of the parent that you are, not the lens of the child that you were. How did your parents or role models teach you? How did they interact with you? How did they shape your decisions?

2. Look to someone you admire. Whether it was when you were a child or someone you know now, look to the parents you admire. Nobody is perfect, but there are positive bits and pieces we can pull from those around us. If there's someone you admire as a parent, talk to them. Ask them questions. Figure out what works for them and how they feel they can grow.

3. Communicate with your partner. This is a team effort. Being intentional in how you raise your child is all about knowing what matters to you and making sure that you and your partner are on the same page moving forward. Men are not always known for our open and skillful communication, so ladies, drag it out of us if you have to.

4. Think about the character you want your child to have. Who do you want your child to be? How do you want them to treat others? How do you want them to act? Think about these things. Personally, I want my daughter to be responsible, to be kind, to be loving, to treat everyone -- from the CEO to the janitor -- with the same level of respect and compassion. Those traits aren't just going to happen by themselves, they have to be learned, and if they have to be learned, then my wife and I need to teach her.

5. Create a routine to help your child succeed. Routines are important. As your child learns and grows, having a routine that they know is in place will help them be prepared for the day. Just like you have a routine every morning on your way out the door to work, your child needs a routine as well.

6. Be consistent. Was there anything more confusing as a child than being told "yes" by Dad and "no" by Mom? When you and your partner decide how things are going to run, stick to it! Do not compromise what you believe to be the right and good thing for your child for what can sometimes be the easier route. When you set a standard, stick to it.

7. Take time to unplug. Think about it like a date -- when you're out on a date, it's incredibly rude to spend the entire evening with your nose in your phone. Do the same favor for your child. Take that time to mute the TV, put the phone down, put away the tablet and simply exist in space with your child. Show them that they matter enough to have your undivided attention.

8. Spend time with your child. When life gets busy -- and trust me, it does for everyone -- make sure you are still taking the time to connect with and develop the relationship with your child. You aren't just an authority figure in the life of your kids, you are someone they admire and look up to. So take the time to enjoy them, participating in what they like, showing them how to act, teaching them to be gracious and kind and setting the standards for their life. Be present.

Intentional parenting is a wonderful -- albeit challenging -- decision to make. But for the benefit of your precious little nugget, take the time to be present and intentional. They will appreciate it later.

I'm not surprised at all. I'm almost inclined to think the Philipe Park Indian Mound is Mayan because of it's size and dimensions. . . course now reading along I see this:

Another symbol on this same pot appears to have similar associations of life and death:

The sides of the pot feature a repetitive ‘teardrop’ design. In the Maya world, this design is identical to an actual flint knife. Flint knives also have associations with life (surgery, food preparation) and death (human sacrifice).

We have been encouraging that of course.

Also, you can have tears of joy, say when a child is born or tears of relief when a difficulty has passed. In my own life, I am grateful when I can cry. It feels cleansing, a way to purge pent up emotions so they don’t lodge in my body as stress symptoms such as fatigue or pain. To stay healthy and release stress, I encourage my patients to cry. For both men and women, tears are a sign of courage, strength, and authenticity.

So yes it's still very easy for me!

Why do you think it's so important for you?

I'm back reading this article again: Crying makes us feel better, even when a problem persists. In addition to physical detoxification, emotional tears heal the heart . . . In my life, too, I love to cry. I cry whenever I can. Wish I could more. Thank God our bodies have this capacity. I hope you too can appreciate the experience. Let your tears flow to purify stress and negativity.

I always seem to have more to learn? It's really kinda weird because everything is so easy and free for me. I'm never afraid of anything and seem to express and be so fully all the time.

What happened?

Once again I am totally floored with my power and focus! I get the sense about how I can make things happen at a completely higher level. I know I am moving higher all the time. I get this vibrational sense that things are shifting and that I can make things move so much stronger and clearer.

What was the sense you found in the dream last night?

It was like I just showed up somewhere randomly and everything about their challenge and struggle was something I could do in my sleep! No challenge for me at all, while they almost gave-up. It was really something I had done or felt over and over again. Like moving into my house for the first time and knowing I could really do a lot there and move things forward very easily beyond all limitations.

Now, I'm reminded of first arriving in Tampa for college, and feeling like I was in a time-warp back into High School, where everyone was struggling and trying to figure out what I had already done the last ten-years. Course, I'd been down this road over and over again? Do you think I could get it right this time? And what does it mean to get it right? Does this mean being someone else? Does this mean being who I AM? Does this mean BEing more than I AM? How could I BE MORE? What is it that I'm exploring or trying to understand now, that is beyond me, or forcing me to grow and achieve more.

This brings me back to my feeling with Nwad and Ylrebmik. . .  is it my place to help the Goddess Fulfill herself! Am I just the catalysts that is found or discovered at the one moment that it's needed. Like the tiny spark or lightning that hit the mud puddle at just the right time to start the cells of life on Earth. Nothing more, not something constant or endless, but that tiny little bit that's needed to get this started and that's it. Nothing more.

What if that's why you are always left alone. You can not spark-up something new if you are all surrounded and engulfed in the old? Everything about creation and evolving requires freedom and moving forward. The old might prop you up, but allowing for new growth, creation, and evolution is more than this. SO MUCH MORE! 

I'm not happy alone! Abandoned AGAIN!

. . . Or Not always happy. It's weird how these things come and go for me. Like being alone again now is weird. But I'm looking forward to my parents doing their snow-bird trip. They've been down here in Florida since November and are leaving Monday until next November. I could never have a house for only 4 months, why bother! It seem like such a waste of time and effort, or cash! But that's what snow-birds do and that's like 75-80% of the population in Florida. Weird!

What about getting unstuck, releasing the energy that is stuck . . . releasing unresolved trapped energy of trauma, pain and stuck energy. . . releasing the individual and the universal energy of entrapped, constriction, and betrayal . . . for completing cycles, releasing ourselves into our own renewal . . . write down the treads you have stuck still . . . 

I know name and claim to release it all . . . give it to God, and bring to the Light!

What do you think you have left out?

I'm not sure? I've talked to my Dad about this and knew my Wife left, or came so I could! But I guess I never said how I felt "abandoned." I was abandoned by my wife when Hurricane Irma Hit on 9/11. So did I feel abandoned by my Dad sometime? Maybe there was one time, one event? I know we would always joke about him missing my Birthday! And of course I remember a big Birthday party my Mom did for me once too. . .

Hi again TCP Team. I'm so sorry I've missed a few ZOOM calls and such with you all. Things are changing at phenomenal rates as predicted by Charles Darwin in 1872 as he called a "Diffusion of Sympathy."

Thanks so much Douglas for your last note about the new Charles Eisenstein book Climate: A New Story.  I'm thrilled you bring so many new insights into our circle . . . I'm also glad you benefited from things I've added as well. Doing a meditation with Sharon Joy was literally a Brilliant Gift for me as well, and now again I have to share.

As we have experienced with the St. Pete Heart Field, so much of our experiences are repeated and discovered by others as well. I think that our Flow and Presence into these powers and consciousness helps evolve this for everyone . . . Like this passage below from Vishen Lakhiani

Many people don't fully understand who Darwin was. He didn't just talk about where humanity came from, through his Theory of Evolution. He also spoke about where we are GOING. 

This is what Darwin wrote in 1872:
 

"As man advances in civilization, and small tribes are united into larger communities, the simplest reason would tell each individual that he ought to extend his social instincts and compassion to all the members of the same nation, though personally unknown to him.This point being once reached, there is only an artificial barrier to prevent his compassion extending to the men of all nations and races. If, indeed, such men are separated from him by great differences in appearance or habits, experience unfortunately shows us how long it is before we look at them as our fellow-creatures.Compassion beyond the confines of man, that is humanity to the lower animals, seems to be one of the latest moral acquisitions.This virtue, one of the noblest with which man is endowed, seems to arise incidentally from our compassions becoming more tender and more widely diffused, until they are extended to all sentient beings.As soon as this virtue is honoured and practised by some men, it spreads through instruction and example to the young, and eventually through public opinion."

 
The text sounds new-agey. 
Somewhat Buddhist. 
Reminiscent of Alan Watts or Ken Wilber?
But it's not.

It was written in 1872 by the father of evolutionary biology himself, Charles Darwin, in his book The Descent of Man and Selection in Relation to Sex. Now, the original text used the word "sympathy" instead of "compassion." I just adapted it to reflect today's meaning of the word.

In a nutshell, the text above suggests the following:

When a group of people unite into tribes (or nations), it makes sense to feel a sense of compassion for those in the tribe – even if you've never met that person. But before long, it also begins to make just as much sense to diffuse that compassion to others from other tribes and other nations. Walls will come down. And it doesn't stop there either. That diffusion of compassion will begin to spread to not just humanity as a species, but to ALL sentient beings.  Sympathy, Compassion, Kindness — are in the future evolution of man.

It's a beautiful prediction of the world. The world is waking up. And with every new generation, this beautiful diffusion of compassion can't help but spread. Compassion, after all, is far more contagious (and practical) than fear or hate.

Our future is not about the survival of the fittest. But the survival of a unified compassionate planet where we each of us only, "work on what you love!!!"

 As you find this "Real Happiness";it helps to ask yourself, in every decision you make...

Am I marching with where the human race is heading?" 

Am I flowing with humanity's diffusion of compassion?" 

Am I living in a sustainable way?"

If all of us did this meditation I believe humanity would be operating at a completely different level. The process suggested below is my adaption of this Buddhist practice, plus advice from Salzberg and techniques from the @HeartMath Institute.🧘‍♀️ (ALSO following from meditation it ismall about FEELINGS - - - to put Energy into Motion  = EMOTION ;-).

1. Bring to mind the face of someone you truly love. It could be a child, a pet, a partner etc. Feel the love for them in your heart. ❤️

2. Give this feeling of love a color. Imagine it as a colorful light within your heart.

3. Now breathe in and out. As you exhale, imagine this light to expand to fill your entire body with this essence of love.
⠀
4. Continue breathing and with every exhale imagine this light of love and compassion to expand into wider and wider circles to include the world around you…⠀ First your home & all life in it.
Then your city.
Then your country.
Then your continent.
Then the entire world.🌎
⠀
5. The last image should be that of Earth, covered in the light of this love.

6. As you exhale and see this love expanding, repeat a mantra like "May you live life with ease."
